《 Ingredients 》
ㆍ bean sprouts 300g
ㆍ thinly sliced green onion 0.5Ts
ㆍ ground garlic 0.5Ts
ㆍ cooking oil 0.5Ts
ㆍ sesame oil 1Ts
ㆍ toasted sesame seeds 1Ts
ㆍ salt to taste
ㆍ red pepper flakes 0.5Ts
《 Instructions 》
1. Add cooking oil when 4 L of the water
boils.
2. Boil bean sprouts in the boiling water for
4 minutes.
3. Rinse immediately in cold water twice
and drain well.
※ Iced water is better because you can
able to enjoy something crunchy.
4. Put the boiled bean sprouts in a bowl
and add ground garlic, tiny sliced green
onion, salt, sesame oil, and toasted
sesame.
※ If you want spicy flavor, you can add
red pepper flakes
5. Stir well together to coat evenly.
6. Put it on a plate and enjoy it with cooked
rice.
