《 How to choose laver 》

▪︎ It is basic to keep it in a dry and cool
     place, but seal it dry and store it in the
     refrigerator or freezer.

▪︎ Soggy laver turns into crispy laver if it is
     microwaved for 5~10 seconds and
     baked at 200°C 4~8 minutes.

1. Pour the soy sauce sauce into a pot and
     bring it to a boil. Then  remove the
     green onion and chill peppers and let
     them cool.

2. Cut the laver into 8 pieces and prepare
    skewers. Please insert the skewe into
    the center of the laver as shown in the
    picture.


3. Place it in the air fryer and roast at
    200°C for 2 minutes, then flip it and
    roast for another 2 minutes.

4. Prepare the well-roasted laver and
    roasted sesame seeds along with the
    soy sauce sauce.



5. Place the laver one by one in a storage
    container and drizzle sauce over it. In
    the  middle flip the laver with sauce.


6. The picked laver with boiled soy sauce
    sauce can be stored in the refrigerator
    and enjoyed for a long time.
